These terms apply to Owlex Builder ("the app"), made by Owlex ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app. Contact: owlexinc@gmail.com.

1. The service

The app uses artificial intelligence to write Android apps from your descriptions and builds them on your phone. The AI runs on third-party models through our server; the model behind each intelligence level may change at any time. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the AI. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what is done with your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for digital services in your country. One person may use several accounts, but not to get around limits or these terms.

3. AI results

• AI results can be wrong, incomplete or not work as expected. Review and test every app before you use, share or publish it.
• The apps you create are yours, with the code the AI wrote for you. You are responsible for how you use them, including following the law and the rules of any store where you publish them.
• Apps built with the app include open-source libraries under their own licenses.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the app to create malware, spyware or apps that harm people or devices; content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, hateful or harassing content; apps that deceive users, steal data or infringe others' rights; and don't try to attack, overload or get around the limits of our server or other users' accounts. You can report harmful AI results in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Points

• The AI uses points. Points are bought in the app through Google Play; prices are shown before you buy.
• Points are a license to use the service, not money: they have no cash value, can't be transferred, sold or exchanged, and never expire while your account exists.
• How many points a request uses depends on its size and the intelligence level; estimates shown in the app are approximate.
• Points are lost when you delete your account and are not refunded.

6. Refund policy

A points pack can be refunded only if none of its points have been used. Once you use any points from a pack, that pack can no longer be refunded. By buying points, you agree that they are added to your account immediately and that you lose the right to a refund as soon as you use them.

Refunds made through Google Play or your bank take back all the points of the refunded pack from your account, even if that brings your balance below zero; the AI can then be used again once the balance is positive. To ask for a refund, use Google Play or write to owlexinc@gmail.com with your order ID. This policy doesn't limit rights you have under the law of your country.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or profits, or damage caused by apps you build, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or an account that breaks these terms; if we end the whole service, we will tell you in advance where possible.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.
